PRE-ORDERS
Select pottery pieces may be available for pre-order and are handcrafted by Maestra Ana Martínez and her family workshop in Atzompa, Oaxaca, Mexico.
To request a pre-order, please email us first at info@mexiglamartesanal.com so we can confirm availability and estimated production time before payment.
Please include:
- The name of the piece you would like to order
- A screenshot or reference photo
- Quantity
Estimated Production Time
Standard production: 6–10 weeks
Busy seasons: 8–12+ weeks
Production times may be longer during high-demand seasons in Oaxaca, including Semana Santa, Día de Muertos, and Christmas.
Because every piece is individually handmade, slight variations in shape, size, color, texture, and finish are part of the artisanal process and make each piece unique.
Once availability and estimated timing are confirmed, we will provide payment instructions.
All pre-orders are final sale once payment is completed.
