Refund & Exchange Policy

At MexiGlam Artesanal, every piece is handcrafted by artisan families in Oaxaca, Mexico and carefully inspected before shipping.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for:

Change of mind
Color variations
Natural variations in handmade items
Minor imperfections that are inherent to handcrafted products
Used or burned candles

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at mexiglamartesanal@gmail.com and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Photos of the shipping label

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, MexiGlam Artesanal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Every item is individually handcrafted by artisans. Variations in color, size, texture, shape, and finish are part of the beauty of handmade craftsmanship and make each piece unique.
